"Since our humble beginnings in 2016, we has significantly expanded our design collections of modern buildings. Today we are proud to present you our best design structures. Our designs are updated with beautiful unique solutions and we are glad that you, our customers, support us on way! This residence is built in 2020. This is duplex house and also has a staircase outside as per client's requirement. This residence is well ventilated and excess of natural lighting, reduces artificial lighting in day-time. This residence has an approximate plot size is 14 marla, in which we design three bedrooms, drawing, kitchen, Dining and living area on ground floor. On first floor, there are four bedrooms, kitchen and dining lobby. On terrace, one bedroom and one big hall for function and open green terrace. This 14 marla house contains 10 rooms and all utility facilities in back yard with 1 bhk for rent and 2 offices of Client. We design the residence by fulfillment of client's requirement with unique design concepts as sustainable designs.
